Location: Berman Nissan of Chicago
Schedule: Monday-Saturday 8:00AM-5:00PM; (Sundays & one weekday off)
Pay: $20/hr Bonuses!

Our Customer Service Representative are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and for communicating with our Service customers in person. The ideal candidate is professional positive and has a very friendly attitude!
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Educate guests on available options through the Vehicle Exchange program
- Engage with new and existing customers to present opportunities for upgrading their current vehicle
- Act as a liaison between customers and the service department while their vehicle is being serviced
- Use strong decision-making and active listening skills to address customer needs
Qualifications :
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record (minimum of 3 years)
- Team player attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluent in Spanish preferred
- Prompt courteous and enthusiastic personality
- Strong follow-up and multitasking abilities
- Strong computer skills
- Willing to undergo a pre-employment background check
