Bath and Bronze is a highend decorative plumbing and hardware showroom serving builders remodelers designers and homeowners throughout the Columbia market. This role is being posted as part of our planned showroom expansion and future location growth. As we continue to grow we are seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our trade partnerships and increase specification volume.

The Role

You will develop and grow relationships with builders remodelers and design professionals. This is a field-based performance-driven sales role focused on revenue growth pipeline discipline and margin protection.

What You Will Own:

• Trade account growth and new business development
• Specification volume with builders and remodelers
• Monthly and annual revenue targets
• CRM pipeline tracking and follow-up discipline
• Margin protection through strategic selling

Experience We Value:

• 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience in building materials plumbing lighting hardware or related industries preferred.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
• Comfortable operating in a performance-driven environment with measurable KPIs.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
