Automotive BDC Representative

Brooklyn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is expanding its customer engagement team and is currently hiring an Automotive BDC Representative. We are seeking motivated professional and customer-focused individuals who excel in communication and enjoy working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Pay: $17hr performance-based incentives
Schedule: MondayFriday with occasional weekend availability and flexible shifts

About the Role

As an Automotive BDC Representative you will be the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers contacting the dealership. This role requires strong phone and digital communication skills attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously. You will support sales and service departments by qualifying inbound leads scheduling appointments conducting follow-ups and maintaining accurate customer records in the CRM system. Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls web leads SMS and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Qualify leads and gather customer information to determine needs and appropriate next steps

• Schedule sales and service appointments accurately using the dealership scheduling system

• Conduct follow-up outreach to nurture leads and confirm appointments

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the CRM

• Coordinate with sales service and parts departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous BDC call center customer service or dealership experience preferred

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong phone presence and active listening skills

• Proficient with computers and CRM or scheduling systems; basic computer literacy required

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Customer-focused professional and team-oriented attitude

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including occasional evenings or weekends

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
