About This Job:
The NIQ Customer Success team is a modern service team that is transforming the way we serve our clients with new and updated tools enabling our teams to accomplish their tasks quickly and easily. We are the team that partners with clients to fuse data science and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. We serve as the key link between NIQ and clients and our service and delivery are the reasons clients will continue to invest in our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Managing the client The candidate must be able to individually communicate with the client and manage the client by addressing their queries comprehensively. Must have experience of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
Writing Proposal Must be able to work on qualitative research proposals according to the brief received from the client by assimilating the clients marketing or business problems.
Report Making Must be able to work on the report with a detailed understanding on how the report is to be prepared with recommendations.
Research Must be knowledgeable about different types of research e.g. BH What are the various components of BHT study How to interpret and read the data What is U&A study What is a segmentation study & what are its components Etc.
Analysis Must be able to make the Analysis plan and develop the framework of the analysis plan. Depending on the proposal & objectives. Maintain a client service orientation by managing day-to-day administration of client service and coordinating the analysis and reporting of assigned research projects.
This includes:
Develop discussion guide and other research materials as needed.
Participate in the planning and execution of research projects.
Manage research projects from start to finish including project planning moderation of research activities analysis and report writing.
Ensure that research projects are completed on time and within budget. Must understand the costing framework of a project.
Frequent travel to different parts of Pakistan is required as per the scope of the projects commissioned
Qualifications:
At least 6 months to 1 years of experience in market research
Bachelors degree in Statistics Management Marketing Business or related fields.
Experience in Qualitative Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies i.e. Focus group discussions in-depth interviews ethnographies in-home immersions consumer research measurement.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with descriptive data sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
