The Work itself: 

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with strong handson experience in Kubernetes Docker AWS (Azure Web Services) GCP (Google Cloud Platform) shell scripting and Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing building and maintaining cloudnative containerized environments automating operational workflows and developing tools that improve system reliability and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop (in Java/Python) deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and Docker within Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).

• Build and maintain automation scripts using shell scripting and Python.

• Implement and optimize cloudnative architectures leveraging AWS and GCP services (e.g. GKE Cloud Storage Cloud Build).

• Troubleshoot issues across distributed systems containers and cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design scalable resilient cloud solutions.

• Enhance CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable secure application delivery on AWS and GCP.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications :

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or with a Masters degree and 4-6 years of Software Development Experience.
• Design develop (in Java / Python) deploy and manage applications on Kubernetes and Docker within Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture deployments and cluster operations (preferably on GKE).
• Strong experience building and managing Docker containers.
• Proficiency in AWS and GCP services and cloud native design patterns.
• Must be skilled in writing robust shell scripts for automation and system tasks.
• Must be proficient in Python development for creating tooling automation and operational workflows.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues in distributed cloud-based systems.
