Reports to: Visual Supervisor
The Coordinator Visual Presentation supports the visual presentation team by ensuring accuracy organization and smooth execution of visual operations across stores. This role manages visual inventory coordinates communications and provides hands-on administrative and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and own Visual Presentation inventory (fixtures mannequins props) using Excel
- Track inventory movement new arrivals and conduct inventory surveys for special projects
- Support store openings renovations closures and follow up on damaged or missing visual materials
- Provide administrative support to the Visual Supervisor
- Coordinate visual communications including weekly directives and quarterly collection boards
- Track supplier orders from issuance to store delivery
- Manage mock store and sample room inventory including markdown tracking and updates
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- CEGEP/College degree in a related field
- 1 year office or administrative experience
- Strong organization communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel) Adobe Suite and AutoCAD
- Bilingual
