- Manage complex calendars including scheduling meetings appointments and travel arrangements for multiple executives
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and messages ensuring timely responses and follow-up actions
- Prepare and edit correspondence presentations and other documents on behalf of senior executives
- Act as a liaison between senior executives and internal/external stakeholders including clients partners and vendors
- Attend meetings take detailed notes and distribute meeting minutes as needed
- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned collaborating with cross-functional teams as necessary
- Plan and organise team events such as all hands off-site meetings retreats and team-building activities to promote collaboration and morale
- Coordinate team-based reward and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate the achievements and contributions of team members
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling executive matters
- Anticipate and proactively address potential issues or conflicts demonstrating problem-solving skills and sound judgment
- Provide support to other members of the administrative team as needed
Qualifications :
- Will have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives.
- We are flexible on industry exposure however coming from a fast-paced environment is highly desired
- Excellent computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite Slack Confluence and Jira
- Exceptional writing editing and proofreading skills
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
- Background in events highly regarded
- A track record of excellence in high-performance settings
