The Role:
Entegris is currently seekingaSr.MetrologyProgramManagement Engineerto join itsAPS DivisionGlobalMetrology teaminKSPKaohsiungTW.In this role he or shewill focus ondrivingstandardization ofin-processmetrology usedinAPSDivisionofEntegris. TheSr. Engineerserves as a subject matter expert onprocess and products release testtools includingFlow rate Diffusion and BubblePointetc andprovidesolutions to technical issues inthose testing tools.Heor shewill be the global metrologyrepresentative inAPSDivisionto enforcein-process metrologystandardizationto ensure reliable and consistent test results across allplants.Thesuccessful candidatewill manage thetest standardization program and developlong termstrategies to implementthe standardized test methodsinAPSs plantsbyworking closelywith our global teamsofQualityNPIOperation and R&Dtosupportthe organizations strategic direction.
In this role you will:
The role willmanage the test standardization program and develop long term strategies to implement the standardized test methods inAPSsmanufactories
Serves as a subject matter expert to provide solutions to technical issues on process andproductsrelease test tools including Flow rate Diffusion and BubblePoint tests etc.
Enforce testing method alignment to ensure reliable and consistent test results across allplantsand processes
Work with QEto design planto qualifytesting tools
Coordinate on new test method/SOP development and testing toolV&Qqualification
Traits we believe make a strong candidate:
B.S. ormasters degree inmechanical engineeringphysicschemistryor other related fields
6 years working experiencewith2 years project management experience within globalorganizationsserving the semiconductor or otherhigh-techindustry
Strong communicationskills and ability to develop&implement a project specific communication plan
Experience withGauge R&R designisdesired
Demonstrated problem solving skills and strong passiononlearningnew testing techniques
Ability tooperatein a fast-paceddynamicand collaborative working environment
Ability totravel to different geographic locations
Process quality improvement certification (Six Sigma DFSS etc.) is a plus.

Abilityto manage the standardization program and influence otherswhile drivingprocess tests optimization

Ability to communicate up down and across the organization with project teams stakeholders and senior leadership
