Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound to Taiwan employee mobility processes
- Serve as the regional primary point of contact for employees and managers on mobility-related inquiries
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws immigration regulations and corporate policies
- Liaise with mobility external partner Envoy to deliver high service quality
- Collaborates with global mobility team and regional mobility representative
- Support business visa process with FCM
- Monitor performance process flow and continue to enhance with efficiency
- Maintain accurate mobility records documentation and employee data
- Prepare reports on mobility metrics and trends
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of mobility programs Taiwans immigration policy and cross-border employment concepts
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail organization and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Masters Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelors Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years
