Key Responsibilities
As Executive Assistant to the CEO you will support both administrative and operational functions including:
- Managing the CEOs calendar scheduling meetings and coordinating availability
- Assisting with email and Microsoft Teams communications
- Organizing documents files and internal records
- Preparing meeting notes summaries and follow-up action items
- Supporting interview coordination and onboarding logistics
- Assisting with basic research presentations and reports
- Coordinating with HR finance and leadership team members as needed
- Handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and time management skills
