クロスボーダーEコマースのアカウントマネジメントとして日本のセラーがグローバルマーケットプレイスで成功するための支援成長促進において重要な役割を担っていただきます本ポジションでは日本のクライアントと円滑にコミュニケーションを取るためのネイティブレベルの日本語力に加えeBayのグローバルネットワーク内での業務に対応できるビジネスレベルの英語力が求められます
主な業務内容
ネイティブレベルの日本語力およびビジネスレベルの英語力を活かしeBayのグローバルプラットフォーム上における日本人セラーのアカウントを管理育成する
セラーとの強固な関係を構築維持しパフォーマンス向上のための最適なサポートやアドバイスを提供する
最新のECトレンドを把握しセラーに対して戦略的かつ有益な提案を行う
社内の関連チームと連携しeBay Japan K.K. の戦略方針に沿った包括的なセラー支援を実現する
セラーの主な窓口としてニーズや課題に迅速かつ的確に対応する
キャンペーンや各種施策の企画実行を主導する
応募資格
学士号専攻不問
ネイティブレベルの日本語力およびビジネスレベルの英語力
EC業界での経験があれば尚可必須ではありません
優れた対人関係構築力コミュニケーション能力交渉力
複数アカウントを柔軟かつ効率的に管理できる適応力
チームプレイヤーとして日本のセラーの国際的な成長と成功を支援する姿勢
応募にあたっての注意事項
ハイブリッド勤務制度を導入しています週3日出社週2日在宅未就学児のいる社員は条件付きで週2日出社週3日在宅が可能ですフルリモート勤務は不可となります
フレックスタイム制時差出勤を導入しており始業時間は7:0010:00終業時間は16:0019:00の間で調整可能です
東京オフィスから遠方にお住まいの場合入社にあたり自己負担での転居が必要となります
外国籍の方は応募時点で就労可能な在留資格ビザを保有している必要があります
入社前にバックグラウンドチェックを実施します
