グローバルな環境で銀行保険証券など金融業界のクライアントに対し戦略策定から業務プロセス改革IT改革まで幅広い支援を行うビジネスコンサルタントを募集しています
特にマネージャー以上のポジションではプロジェクトマネジメントやチーム運営を中心にクライアントとの信頼関係構築と成果創出を担っていただきます
主な業務内容
- プロジェクト戦略策定
- プロジェクト進捗課題リスク管理など
- ステアリングコミッティ向け報告
- 実行計画の策定PoC要件定義テスト移行研修など
- クライアント折衝調整
- 海外拠点とのリエゾン英語使用
- チームマネジメントチームメンバー評価育成指導など
その他アカウントビジネス開発シニアマネージャー以上

Job Description - Grade Specific
必須条件MUST)
- コンサルティングファームSIer金融関連企業における業務経験5年以上シニアコンサルタントは3年以上
- 金融業界業務経験
- システム関連プロジェクト経験開発PMO問わず/1年以上)
- マネジメント層向け報告資料の作成経験
- 3名以上のプロジェクトマネジメント経験および立ち上げ経験シニアコンサルタントは除く
- 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション能力会話読み書き
望ましいスキルと経験
- 大規模プロジェクト50名以上のPMPMOチームリーダー経験
- システム開発プロジェクトにおける要件定義からテスト移行リリースまでの経験
- 英語での会議ファシリテーションワークショップ運営経験
- 銀行業務経験もしくは銀行プロジェクト経験者歓迎
