We are seeking a highly professional reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a highprofile individual based in Malta. The successful candidate will be discreet exceptionally organised techsavvy and comfortable working with minimal supervision. This role involves frequent travel and requires excellent written and spoken English. Additional languages are a plus.

Key Responsibilities
DaytoDay & Ongoing Support
Calendar & Schedule Management
Manage complex calendars and schedules; coordinate meetings appointments personal commitments and reminders.
Travel Planning & Coordination
Arrange all aspects of travel including flights accommodation transfers visas itineraries and VIP services; manage lastminute changes and ensure timely updates.
Email & Communication Management
Screen prioritise and respond to communications; draft correspondence and ensure critical items are actioned promptly and professionally.
Household & Lifestyle Coordination
Coordinate with household staff and external service providers (cleaners chefs drivers gardeners maintenance contractors) to ensure smooth operations.
Errands & Personal Tasks
Handle errands including personal shopping gifts returns bookings and deliveries both locally and while travelling.
Financial Administration
Process invoices expense claims and reimbursements; perform basic bookkeeping and liaise with accountants as required.
Event & Reservation Management
Plan and manage private events dinners business meetings and premium reservations.
Confidential Document Handling
Manage sensitive documents such as contracts NDAs and personal records with the highest level of discretion.
Project Management
Oversee personal and household projects including renovations relocations and other logistical initiatives.
Wellness & Personal Scheduling
Coordinate medical appointments wellness activities coaching and personal development sessions.
Candidate Requirements
English: Fluent (written & spoken) mandatory
Additional languages advantageous (for example Mandarin Japanese Korean Spanish)
Exceptional organisational and timemanagement skills
High emotional intelligence diplomacy and interpersonal skills
Strong technical proficiency with GSuite Microsoft Office and common scheduling/messaging tools
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality integrity and discretion at all times
Calm under pressure with excellent problemsolving skills
Willingness to be flexible with hours and provide occasional support during evenings and weekends
Valid passport and flexibility to travel frequently
