We Are Hiring! - Business Development Manager - Bangladesh
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for the apparel industry Sritrims (Far East) Limited is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team in Dhaka and spearhead our growth strategies!
As a pivotal member of our team you will identify new business opportunities build lasting relationships with garment exporters and drive revenue growth in the garment accessories sector.
Tasks
What Youll Do:
- Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets for garment accessories.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and buying offices.
- Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to hit company revenue goals.
- Negotiation: Close deals and manage contracts while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Collaboration: Work alongside production and supply chain teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: 35 years in Business Development or Sales (Apparel/Garment Accessories industry preferred).
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Management or a related professional qualification.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Bangladesh apparel import / export market.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation presentation and English communication skills.
- Logistics: Willingness to travel to client factories valid driving license preferred.
- Commitment: Ability to work a 5.5-day work week.
