HR Operations & Compliance

Oversee all HR operations in India including employee relations compliance with Indian labor laws payroll governance and policy implementation.

Ensure adherence to global and local HR standards and regulatory requirements.

Drive continuous improvement in HR processes systems and service delivery.

Collaborate with the Global HR team of SIX - our Switzerland-headquartered ultimate holding company and a leading financial infrastructure group to design and drive HR metrics reporting (dashboards) that effectively track evaluate and support the implementation and improvement of people programs and processes across India operations.
Talent Management & Development

Lead end-to-end talent management activities including workforce planning recruitment and career development for India operations.

Collaborate with the Global Learning & Development team to implement effective training programs tailored to local needs while ensuring global alignment.

Coordinate with the Global HR team on diversity equity and inclusion initiatives ensuring consistency with SIXs global values and local relevance.
