Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Leadership
Oversee day-to-day plant operations ensuring adherence to production targets quality
standards and timelines.
Drive operational excellence through process optimization capacity utilization and
technology improvements.
Ensure seamless coordination across production engineering quality stores and supply
chain.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as FSSAI GMP ISO and other statutory
requirements.
Oversee compliance with all factory-related statutory obligations including obtaining and
renewing licenses and approvals.
Review and implement SOPs quality systems and audit readiness.
Work closely with QA/QC teams to monitor product quality and resolve deviations.
Health Safety & Environment (HSE)
Implement and enforce strong safety practices aligned with chemical and nutraceutical
manufacturing standards.
Monitor environmental compliance including effluent treatment waste management and
pollution control norms.
Champion a safety-first culture across the plant.
