Job Summary
Job Purpose:
Proprietary trading in the USD INR currency pair as well as Servicing Clients of the Desk. Undertaking necessary market operations to offload positions in the market so as to achieve the budgeted revenues for the team and self. Ensure aggressive and competitive pricing to clients in order to attract more volumes to the Banks books across the USD INR Desk.
Job Responsibilities(JR) :
Business Related

To actively take proprietary positions in the USD INR pair of currencies

Form own trading views and contribute towards increasing the desks profits.

Provide inputs on the parameters above to the ALCO the Treasury teams and other groups as required.

Market Making activities - Interbank and corporate

Internal and external compliance
-
Risk management of book
-
Coordination with FES team TMO Trops and
settlement teams
-
Training of team members
Educational Qualifications:
-
Post graduate qualifications in Finance preferred
-
Experience of 3-5 Years
Key Skills:

Knowledge of Forex markets Technical and Fundamental analysis

Thorough knowledge of regulatory requirements / accounting knowledge
Quick decision making and excellent market execution.
