Job Summary

Project Planning & Initiation

Define project scope goals deliverables and success criteria.
Develop detailed project plans schedules and milestones.
Identify resource requirements and allocate accordingly.
Conduct project kick-off meetings.

Execution & Delivery

Manage end-to-end project lifecycle
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Business IT Operations etc.).
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
Track progress against timelines and budgets.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
Provide regular status updates and reports
Manage client expectations and address concerns.

Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation planss
Proactively resolve project issues and escalate when required.
Maintain risk and issue logs.

Monitoring & Reporting

Track KPIs and project performance metrics
Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports.
Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.

Budget & Cost Control

Monitor project budget and control costs.
Ensure optimal utilization of resources.

Quality Assurance

Ensure adherence to project management best practices
Conduct periodic reviews and audits.
