- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards.

- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders
- Provide regular status updates and reports
- Manage client expectations and address concerns.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation planss
- Proactively resolve project issues and escalate when required.
- Maintain risk and issue logs.
Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs and project performance metrics
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports.
- Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards.
Budget & Cost Control
- Monitor project budget and control costs.
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits.
