About the Role:
Were looking for a highly motivated Generalist / Growth & Operations Associate whos eager to learn experiment and make things happen in a fast-paced startup environment. Youll work closely with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities streamline processes and drive initiatives that move the business forward.
Requirements
What Youll Do:
Contribute to growth initiatives by supporting sales partnerships and product adoption.
Identify gaps and design new processes or improve existing ones to enhance efficiency and scale.
Take ownership of cross-functional projects from idea to execution.
Analyze data to identify problem statements find root causes and build actionable solutions.
Work with different teams (Sales Product Operations Marketing) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Be ready to wear multiple hats from brainstorming ideas to managing operations reporting insights or interacting with customers.
Maintain a hands-on approach and proactively contribute wherever needed.
