As an E-Commerce Executive you will play a crucial role in managing our online sales platforms optimizing product listings and enhancing customer engagement strategies. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure our e-commerce initiatives align with the companys overall goals and drive sales growth. This position offers a salary range of 15000 - 25000 per month along with opportunities for career advancement and skill development in the dynamic consumer electronics industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product listings on various e-commerce platforms
- Monitor online sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to enhance product offerings
- Develop and maintain relationships with e-commerce partners
- Assist in inventory management and ensure timely updates on product availability
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights for improvement
- Support customer service by addressing inquiries related to online sales
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus
