Talentsquare is not a recruitment agency; we are a Workforce Infrastructure firm. We move beyond transactional hiring to help organizations architect scalable work ecosystems. As we scale toward a 500M institutional run-rate we require a Financial Architect to build the engine that powers our growth.
Most firms fail because of "Structural Debt." Your mission is to ensure Talentsquare remains financially agile surgically profitable and structurally resilient.
The Mission
You will serve as the "Fractional CFO" responsible for designing the financial pipes of the business. You wont just record transactions; you will engineer the Cash Float required to support 500 outsourced staff and high-margin advisory projects. You are the guardian of our 3X Revenue-per-Hire mandate.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
Systems Architecture: Lead the end-to-end deployment and optimization of the Zoho or Quickbooks Finance Suite (Books Expenses Inventory).
Liquidity Engineering: Design and monitor "Cash Float" models for our Managed Outsourcing division to ensure zero-capital risk during payroll cycles.
Revenue Optimization: Manage Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and implement automated collection workflows to maintain a sub-15-day payment cycle.
Structural Audits: Conduct weekly "3X ROI" audits on all internal and project-based roles to ensure maximum operational leverage.
Compliance & Treasury: Oversee VAT WHT and PAYE filings while managing the firms 3-month payroll reserve and treasury functions.
Requirements
The Ideal Architect
Qualifications: ICAN ACCA or a Degree in Finance/Accounting with a strong strategic tilt.
Tech Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Zoho Books is non-negotiable.
Mindset: You think in terms of "Capital Efficiency" and "Operating Leverage" not just debits and credits.
Experience: Previous experience in a professional services firm consulting house or a startup in its "Survival-to-Scale" phase is highly preferred.
Availability: You are comfortable working 12 high-impact hours per month delivering results through systems rather than manual labor.
