About the Role

We are looking for highly driven Sales / Business Development Executives (B2C) with proven experience in individual contributor sales. This is a fully remote role where you will be responsible for selling our online International Career Coaching Webinars to your own network and leads.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage your own sales leads through personal networks and referrals
Sell online International Career Coaching webinars to prospective customers
Handle the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting pitching follow-ups and closures.
Achieve weekly sales targets of 18 successful conversions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Conduct sales conversations via phone calls video calls and online platforms
Maintain accurate sales records and follow reporting requirements
Work independently in a remote performance-driven environment

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2C sales or business development
Proven ability to source and convert self-generated leads
Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills
Experience in online sales webinar sales or education/coaching sales is a plus
Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics
Self-motivated disciplined and result-oriented
Ability to join immediately is highly preferred
