We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join the Sport Sales Team within the Melbourne office!
Our Sport Account Executives are natural organisers who underpin a team of high functioning Executives with first class internal support. Reporting to the Director of Sales - Sport your primary focus will be to service the administrative needs of the team whilst ensuring the delivery of superior operational service in a timely manner.
Day to day you will:
- Manage a pipeline of sales support within the internal booking system with a high degree of attention to detail & punctuality
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across several internal departments & external clients alike
- Work closely with the Sport Sales team to create and deliver market leading responses and solutions for clients
- Proactively identify opportunities for revenue and business growth
Qualifications :
Experience is preferred but not essential. You will enjoy working within a close-knit high performing team. You will quickly become a critical support role aiding a team of sales professionals as they generate proposals negotiate bookings deliver effective campaigns and then report on the success.
What youll bring:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word
- Prior experience and a strong level of understanding of a businesss internal software systems (for example Salesforce Google suite incl. Gmail etc.)
- Ability to operate collaboratively as part of a team or autonomously in a fast-paced deadline driven dynamic environment
