Job Summary

Task Responsibilities:

To manage a wider range of tasks from administrative tasks to logistical planning including organizing event and meetings preparing reports and presentations etc providing more comprehensive support to the Vice President Asia and Pacific.
To enhance operational efficiency by streamlining processes and identifying areas for improvement freeing up the Vice President to focus on strategic decision-making.
To support Vice President for managing and coordinating projects driving initiatives forward ensuring timelines and alignment with the companys objectives.
To serve as a liaison between departments improving information flow facilitating better communication and collaboration ultimately enhancing teamwork keep close contact to the business of the stations.
To assist Vice President in administration of the whole Asia Pacific Sales & Marketing divisions cost budget supervise and monitor all departmental and stations expenses.
To assist in launching tender for General Cargo Sales Agent (GSA) and drafting the GSA agreement.

Essential Requirements For The Position:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) - Advanced proficiency
  • Excellent Organizational Skills for managing multiple tasks prioritizing responsibilities and maintaining efficient filing systems (both physical and digital) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving for anticipating needs identifying potential issues before they arise and finding efficient solutions to administrative or logistical challenges.
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication both verbal and written for clear and concise interactions with colleagues clients and vendors ensuring information is conveyed effectively and professionally.
  • Customer Service Orientation for providing helpful and professional support to internal and external stakeholders addressing inquiries and issues promptly and courteously.

Working Conditions:

  • It is a full-time position based in Hong Kong.
  • Flexibility is needed with working hours and local holidays
  • This position demands a regular and full-time presence and requires vacation and other absences are planned in a way that they do not conflict with service requirements.
