What Were Currently Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on lawn care technician experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Drivers License: Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record (no violations in the last 3 years)
- Certifications: GI-BMP and FDACS Technician certifications (or actively in progress)
- Screening: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Were looking for technicians who know the fundamentals but are still open to learning new systems improving their craft and doing things the right way every time.
What Youll Do
- Customer Interaction: Work directly with homeowners to identify turf issues explain solutions and recommend treatments
- Applications: Apply fertilization weed pest and disease control treatments
- Services: Perform aerations and topsoil treatments
- Service Quality: Deliver 5-star service with pride in every property
- Equipment: Operate and maintain spray rigs and equipment
- Documentation: Keep accurate service records using a mobile app
- Teamwork: Collaborate with teammates sharing knowledge and helping each other succeed

Performance-Based Compensation
- Production Commission (Core Pay): Technicians earn a percentage of the revenue they produce. Year 1 starts at 15% of job revenue and increases by 1% per year capped at 20%.
- Upsell Commission: Earn 7% commission on approved upsells sold during your route.
- New Customer Bonuses: Additional compensation for qualified leads you generate that convert into new customers.
- Customer Experience Incentives: Extra pay tied to positive NPS scores and customer reviews.
- Bonuses: Safety bonus retention bonus and year-end profit sharing.
This pay structure rewards quality work efficiency customer satisfaction and long-term retention not just speed.
