Job Title:Mobile Commercial Maintenance Technician
Shift: 1st Shift MondayFriday 8:00 AM 4:00 PM
Compensation: $27$33 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Maintenance Technician to support a portfolio of commercial properties in the Buffalo area. This is a dynamic field-based role ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives on variety takes pride in quality workmanship and values strong customer relationships.
Youll be provided with a company vehicle and tools and will travel locally between properties delivering preventative corrective and predictive maintenance services that keep facilities operating at their best.
What Youll Do
Preventative & Corrective Maintenance
Complete preventative maintenance and repairs based on assigned work orders.
Troubleshoot building systems and resolve issues efficiently and safely.
Perform day-to-day repairs emergency service and scheduled maintenance.
Plumbing Electrical & General Repairs
Perform minor plumbing repairs including:
Unclogging toilets and urinals
Repairing leaks
Replacing valves faucets and fixtures
Maintaining automatic flush sensors
Conduct minor electrical work within state guidelines including:
Complete carpentry and painting tasks such as:
Drywall repair and patching
Surface preparation and paint matching
Maintaining walls floors and doors in professional condition
Inspections & Documentation
Perform service inspections and asset inspections as required.
Use a tablet or smartphone to:
Access update and close work orders
Document services performed
Submit service reports and inspection photos
Complete timesheets expenses and purchase logs
Source and obtain materials needed to complete assignments.
Customer & Team Collaboration
Maintain strong face-to-face relationships with customers.
Deliver high-quality workmanship that supports a professional environment.
Communicate consistently with internal teams and clients.
Provide estimates for larger repair or improvement projects.
Participate in required safety training and weekly safety meetings.
What You Bring
Experience
25 years of general maintenance experience required.
Hands-on experience in electrical plumbing carpentry or HVAC systems.
Background in commercial property maintenance strongly preferred.
Experience troubleshooting building mechanical systems.
Education & Certifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Trade certification or specialized training preferred.
Valid drivers license in good standing required.
Applicable certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
Technical & Professional Skills
Ability to complete work orders accurately and on time.
Proficiency with mobile devices and basic business software (Outlook Word Excel).
Strong understanding of OSHA standards and safe work practices.
Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and safety procedures.
Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
