Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Create and maintain a safe nurturing and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers.
- Implement The Learning Experiences curriculum to promote social emotional cognitive and physical development.
- Support daily routines including meals toileting transitions and rest time.
- Build positive trusting relationships with families through consistent communication.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership to uphold EEC licensing standards and classroom quality.
- Encourage exploration curiosity and independence through engaging activities and interactions.
- Massachusetts Toddler Teacher Certification required.
- At least 6 months of experience working with toddlers in a childcare daycare or preschool setting.
- Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available).
- Reliable positive and committed to supporting the growth of young learners.
- Must meet all state-specific EEC licensing requirements.
