Job Summary
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room

Position Overview
The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides perioperative nursing care across a variety of surgical specialties. This role requires strong experience in ENT Plastics and Pediatric surgical procedures with the ability to function independently in a fast-paced OR environment.
Schedule & Call Requirements
Weekend schedule: Friday Saturday and Sunday
Shift hours: 6:45 AM 7:15 PM
Call requirement: 34 call shifts per 6-week period
One call shift will include a weekend
Licensure & Certifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
BLS (AHA) required
Medication competency test required
Experience Requirements
Strong Operating Room RN experience required
ENT Plastics and Pediatric OR experience required
Ability to scrub and circulate within scope and competency
Core Responsibilities
Provide safe evidence-based perioperative nursing care
Prepare operating rooms and surgical equipment
Assist surgeons and anesthesia teams during procedures
Maintain sterile technique and patient safety standards
Accurately document perioperative care in the electronic medical record
Participate in on-call coverage as required
