Job Summary

RN Unit Manager (Med-Surg) Needs in Atlantis FL!

Location: Atlatntis FL

Facility: Med-Surg

Start Date: ASAP

Length: Direct Hire(Permanent)

Available Shifts: x1 AM(7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) 12 hours shift(36/hours a week Monday to Friday)

PAY RATES:

$38 to $53.7/hr. (72k to 100k) annually depending on experience)

RN Responsibilities and Duties

Coordinates nursing services and accepts organizational accountability for services provided 24/7.
The CNM Provides leadership and supervision of personnel including fostering a climate conducive to learning and development.
Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel.

Requirements:

Resume (MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS OF CHARGE NURSE/CNC/NURSE MGR AN ACUTE CARE SETTING)
Nursing license/Cert Valid FL or Compact RN License
Current - BLS/CPR (AHA) and ACLS (or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date)
