A clinical-stage pharmaceutical company is establishing and expanding its corporate headquarters in Bonita Springs Florida. The organization is developing a pipeline of differentiated oncology and surgical guidance drugs and is seeking a reliable detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations in a growing professional environment.
The Office Assistant will provide overall administrative and operational support for the office. This role is responsible for maintaining office policies and procedures serving as the front-line point of contact and supporting a safe organized and efficient workplace as the company continues to scale.
Office Management
Serve as the front-line representative by answering inbound inquiries greeting on-site visitors and coordinating deliveries.
Support daily office operations and ensure adherence to established office policies and procedures.
Material & Supply Management
Manage track and order laboratory and office supplies in alignment with organizational budget guidelines.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Compliance & Workplace Standards
Assist in maintaining a safe clean and compliant office environment.
Support documentation and processes related to office policies safety and operational standards.
Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 3 years of office management or administrative experience preferably within startups or small organizations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office SharePoint and other common workplace software tools.
Ability to work autonomously with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Demonstrated organizational operational management and interpersonal skills.
Sound judgment and problem-solving abilities to manage evolving office needs as the facility is developed and expanded.
