Requirements
- Oversee the implementation and administration of the IBDP curriculum ensuring compliance with IB standards and best practices.
- Provide academic leadership to faculty guiding lesson planning assessment strategies and professional development.
- Act as the liaison between the school and the IBO handling accreditation evaluations and updates.
- Support students in their academic journey including subject selection Extended Essays (EE) and Creativity Activity Service (CAS) coordination.
- Conduct teacher training and foster a culture of continuous learning among educators.
- Facilitate parent communication addressing concerns and guiding them through the IB experience.
- Monitor and analyze student performance ensuring targeted interventions for success.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of IB teaching experience (IBDP experience preferred).
- minimum 5 years of DP specially
- Strong knowledge of IB curriculum frameworks and assessment criteria.
- Leadership experience in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for student growth and academic excellence.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Education or a related field. Teaching certification. Proven experience as a Primary Social science Teacher (1 - 3) years Excellent Communication Skills. Strong passion for education and fostering a love for Social Science in young learners Should have good knowledge of subject with good experience. Students handling skills in the classroom.
