About the role:
Baptistcare Griffith Centre is a residential aged care facility seeking an Enrolled Nurses to join a friendly supportive team. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse the role focuses on delivering person-centered care to residents supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing and collaborating with families and the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide clinical interventions and support within enrolled nurse scope.
- Ensure resident care plans meet changing needs and preferences including cultural and spiritual considerations.
- Promote resident choice independence and meaningful daily activities.
- Monitor and report changes in resident health; maintain accurate documentation.
- Support infection control medication administration and workplace safety.
- Guide Care Partners and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.
- Contribute to care plan reviews continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with Accreditation and AN-ACC standards.
- Undertake ongoing professional development as required by AHPRA.
About you:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards relevant legislation and AN-ACC.
- Proficiency in relevant IT applications.

- Strong clinical and care skills appropriate for an Enrolled Nurse.
- Effective verbal written and interpersonal communication.
- Flexible team player contributing positively to the workplace.
