Job Summary
LPN House Supervisor (Full Time 3p-11p & every other weekend)
Rate: $32 - $34/hr. (depending on experience) plus sign-on-bonus
Shift: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and Supervise: Oversee nursing staff ensuring quality care delivery and compliance with state and federal regulations. Will be the main point of contact for UC Cart Nurse and CNA
- Direct Patient Care: Administer medications treatments and care plans prioritizing the health and well-being of residents.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the interdisciplinary team residents and families to create a personalized care experience.
- Mentor and Train: Provide guidance and support to nursing staff fostering professional growth and teamwork.
- Monitor and Document: Maintain accurate records of resident care treatments and progress using our advanced documentation systems.
- Problem-Solve: Address clinical issues efficiently and effectively ensuring continuity of care and optimal outcomes.
