Essential Functions:
- Assure compliance with regulatory agency requirements
- Provide Leadership that Promotes Excellent Employee Performance.
- Demonstrate Effective Communication
- Improve Organizational Performances.
- Demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide leadership in area(s) of responsibility at the Supervisor level.
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Physical Occupational or Speech Therapy required.
Five (5) years experience in direct patient care in acute care setting; three to five (3-5) years management experience in medical setting desired.
Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in Rehab Therapies
Washington State Drivers License. Liability insurance to use personal vehicle and/or LHN Company vehicles for LHN business purposes.
Current American Heart Association BLS.
Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred. Ability to work with culturally diverse
