Job Summary

Requirements

Grade E / Level 2 / Attained or above in 5 subjects of HKCEE / HKDSE including English Language
Possession of a driving license is not mandatory; comprehensive training will be provided upon employment
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese proficiency in Putonghua or other languages is an advantage
Customer-centric mindset effective and empathetic communication skills and the ability to handle incidents independently

Remarks

Required to perform shift duties on irregular patterns of hours with an estimated average monthly income of HK$22700 (including the shift duty related allowance* laundry allowance 13th month pay and annual discretionary award)
Reporting for duty during adverse weather will be eligible for related allowances
The above position offers a Joining Bonus of HK$12000 subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant programme
(*subject to actual shift duties performed)

Responsibilities

Perform pre-service check before operating the train
Operate heavy rail passenger train in accordance with timetables to provide high quality customer services
Coordinate with the Operations Control Centre to handle train defects or incidents to ensure safe and reliable train operations
