Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Engineer – Lead Generation & Sales (Expert Level) who can design build and optimize AI-driven systems to accelerate global sales and lead generation efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who combines AI engineering automation data intelligence and sales strategy and can directly influence lead quality conversion rates and overall sales efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

AI & Automation for Sales

  • Design and implement AI-powered lead generation systems across multiple channels such as LinkedIn email websites and paid campaigns.

  • Build and optimize predictive lead scoring models to identify high-intent prospects.

  • Develop AI-driven workflows for sales funnel optimization automated follow-ups and deal nurturing.

  • Automate CRM processes including lead assignment qualification reminders and reporting.

Data & Intelligence

  • Analyze sales and marketing data to improve conversion rates and ROI.

  • Develop AI/ML models to forecast sales pipeline revenue and performance trends.

  • Build real-time dashboards and actionable insights for sales leadership and management.

Sales Enablement

  • Create AI-driven sales assistants and chatbots for website and inbound lead engagement.

  • Support sales teams with AI-based insights scripts and deal recommendations.

  • Continuously optimize outbound and inbound sales strategies using experimentation and data analysis.

Collaboration & Ownership

  • Work closely with Sales Marketing and Leadership teams.

  • Own AI-led growth initiatives end-to-end from concept to execution.

  • Stay updated with the latest AI tools technologies and best practices in B2B lead generation and sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 5 years of experience in AI Automation or Data roles within an IT services SaaS or Digital agency environment.

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML applications for lead generation sales automation and conversion optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with:

    • CRM platforms (Salesforce HubSpot Zoho or similar)

    • Marketing automation tools

    • Data analytics reporting and visualization

  • Proficiency in:

    • Python / R / relevant AI & ML frameworks

    • APIs automation workflows and system integrations

  • Proven track record of improving lead quality conversion rates or sales efficiency using AI.

Good-to-Have

  • Experience in eCommerce services or IT outsourcing environments.

  • Knowledge of NLP chatbots recommendation engines and conversational AI.

  • Exposure to global B2B markets (US Europe Middle East).
