JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses: Active South Carolina license required

Board: NBCRNA

DEA: Required

CSR: South Carolina CSR required

Certifications: BLS ACLS

Experience: Minimum 1 year CRNA experience

Other Qualifications: Clean background required; mandatory vaccines

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide anesthesia services across a variety of surgical cases

Participate in scheduled shifts and home call coverage

Collaborate with anesthesia team and surgical staff

Document all encounters in Epic EMR

Adhere to facility policies and patient safety standards
