TRIA is looking to hire a CRNA to join our surgery center team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.

Position Summary:

This position is ina fast paced dynamic orthopedic same day surgery center that requires a team centered individual that is a self-starter flexible self-sufficient adaptable efficient and possesses good communication skills. Someone that will contribute to the larger good of the institution and the performance of theentire team in providing and continually developing the best possible care processesfor our orthopedic patients.

Sign-on Bonus: $20000 for two-year commitment.

Relocation funds available to applicants outside of the Twin Cities 13 county metro area.


Preferred experience: In-patient hospital CRNA (3 yrs) Same Day Surgerydelivering TIVA anesthetics proficient IV skills and excellent staff and patient/family communication skills.
Preferred experience: minimum of 1-2 years of pediatric anesthesia experience(Ages 5 and up)

Working location TRIA: Bloomington and Woodbury Minnesota; as and where needed.

State licensure as an APRN currently licensed in the state of Minnesota. Certified in BLS ACLS and PALS upon application orcompleted before starting. Computer keyboarding and electronic documentation skills preferred (EPIC).

The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist has the responsibility to administer safe analgesia and anesthesia under the supervision of an anesthesiologist or physician. The CRNA will provide resuscitation services throughout the CRNA will demonstrate an awareness of the objectives of PNHS and the department and will participate in attaining those goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate from a School of Nursing and from a School of Anesthesia.

  • Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Minnesota.
  • Certified by the Council on Certification or Board eligible.
  • Currently recertified by the Council on Recertification of the AANA.
  • This position requires credentialing following the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) guidelines.
  • BLS provider status in accordance with American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of age-related growth and development principlesnecessary to provide appropriate service and assure safety of patients.

  • Proven proficiency in the operation of the following: defibrillator external pacing patient monitors (transport monitors automatic blood pressure monitors pulse temperature pulse oximetry invasive monitoring BBGT ACT) gas analyzer infusion pumps/injection devices gas machine blood drawing telephone and computers.

  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing and masters degree in anesthesia or related-field preferred.
  • Participates in ones professional organization (desirable).
