We are a busy Toyota Certified Collision Center dedicated to restoring vehicles to factory specifications. Were seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to support our collision repair team. Key Responsibilities:
- Order receive and track parts and materials required for collision repairs.
- Coordinate with body shop estimators technicians and suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Inspect incoming parts for accuracy damage and quality; manage returns and credits efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using dealership management systems.
- Assist in managing parts storage ensuring a clean and organized parts department.
- Support repair order processes by tagging and delivering parts to technicians.
- Handle sublet orders and vendor communications as needed.
- Contribute to minimizing parts returns and optimizing department efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in automotive parts (dealership or collision center preferred; Toyota experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts catalog systems and inventory management.
- Proficiency with computer systems and parts catalog software.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for interacting with technicians estimators and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive training or certifications a bonus.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
