2026 Assistant Works Supervisor (AWS) Scheme
The AWS scheme is a two-year well-structured training which provides comprehensive on-the-job training opportunities in various new railway projects. The scheme provides exposure to civil engineering electrical and mechanical and building services engineering. Participants can enrich their understanding of various new railway projects and gain valuable training exposure and working experience.
Upon successful completion of the training scheme and subject to satisfactory performance participants will have opportunity to progress to Works Supervisor.
