As a Assistant Sales Manager you will:
- Help our Sales Manager Steer and manage the sales operation of new and pre-owned units
- Assist the business office operational activities related to providing finance insurance and extended service programs.
- Produce acceptable levels of revenue and profits for the dealership by selling Motorcyles finance insurance and extended service programs.
- Able to work cross-functionally with all departments with an emphasis on the Sales Department and Finance Department
- Guide and develop our sales team by using your leadership skills and sales expertise
- Motivate our team to meet and exceed sales goals using open communication
- Develop our sales team by using your leadership skills to offer new and different sales techniques
- Communicate openly and consistently with our sales team and assess their needs
- Track customer traffic peaks to provide consistent sales floor coverage for optimal customer service
- Be a visible leader to customers service driven and confident in our sales team to provide a world-class customer experience
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or the equivalent.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Valid in-state drivers license.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to sell a minimum quota according to dealership standards.
- All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
- All applicants must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
- All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR drug test credit report and valid drivers license.
