Job Summary

  • Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the branch
  • Strategize to execute the annual budget and lead accurate inventory forecasting
  • Build and implement a growth strategy for regional market penetration and revenue growth
  • Champion Health Safety & Environment (HS&E) compliance and culture
  • Analyze business data and KPIs to drive decision-making and operational improvements
  • Lead mentor and coach branch staff across sales operations and admin
  • Resolve complex issues with customers vendors and internal stakeholders with confidence
  • Act as a brand ambassador representing AT-PAC in the field and strengthening key relationships

 


Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership ability lead by example influence by action
  • 2 years of experience in direct sales and 2 years in operations or branch management
  • Solid knowledge of the industrial market and commercial construction sectors
  • A track record of building strong customer relationships and repeat business
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office business systems and data analysis tools
  • Experience managing rental and sales assets in a performance-driven environment
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for developing people and process
