- Own and manage full P&L responsibility for the branch
- Strategize to execute the annual budget and lead accurate inventory forecasting
- Build and implement a growth strategy for regional market penetration and revenue growth
- Champion Health Safety & Environment (HS&E) compliance and culture
- Analyze business data and KPIs to drive decision-making and operational improvements
- Lead mentor and coach branch staff across sales operations and admin
- Resolve complex issues with customers vendors and internal stakeholders with confidence
- Act as a brand ambassador representing AT-PAC in the field and strengthening key relationships
Qualifications :
- Proven leadership ability lead by example influence by action
- 2 years of experience in direct sales and 2 years in operations or branch management
- Solid knowledge of the industrial market and commercial construction sectors
- A track record of building strong customer relationships and repeat business
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office business systems and data analysis tools
- Experience managing rental and sales assets in a performance-driven environment
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for developing people and process
