What youll be doing

• oversee the delivery and performance of the members of staff that make up your Capita FM Team
• manage stakeholder relationships acting as the primary point of contact for clients and partners
• monitor financial performance budgets and forecasts to ensure cost efficiency
• contribute to contract reviews audits and reporting to maintain compliance and transparency
• identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to protect service continuity
• drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness

What were looking for

• proven experience managing PFI or complex facilities management contracts
• strong understanding of compliance frameworks and contractual obligations
• excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• ability to delivery operational initiatives and manage budgets effectively
• knowledge of risk management and performance improvement techniques
• proactive solution-focused approach with strong organisational skills
