PURPOSE
This positionis responsible for coordinating recruitment activities and application processing for all positions withinthe district comprised of approximately 13000 applications annually.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject-matter expert for the Districts recruitment and applicant tracking systems ensuring all job postings workflows and data are accurate current compliant and aligned with District hiring strategies.
- Lead and coordinate recruitment operations in collaboration with the Recruitment Specialist including strategic planning and execution of online and social media recruiting campaigns external advertising job fairs and other outreach initiatives designed to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage and maintain all TalentEd Human Resources applications including Applicant Tracking Records Management Salesforce and other related systems. This includes system configuration process optimization troubleshooting complex issues and providing advanced support to internal users and applicants both virtually and in person.
- Own the Salesforce recruitment and onboarding functions including data integrity workflow management reporting and continuous improvement of system use to support district-wide hiring onboarding and retention initiatives.
- Oversee and administer the Districts facilitated transfer process ensuring accuracy equity and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Support hiring managers by reviewing applicant materials analyzing candidate qualifications and developing well-vetted applicant pools aligned with position requirements and District priorities.
- Assist with interview processes as needed including coordinating logistics preparing comprehensive interview packets and ensuring consistency in hiring practices.
- Develop generate and analyze departmental reports including Board of Education reports for hires separations and workforce trends using data from TalentEd and Salesforce to inform leadership decision-making.
- Design create and deliver training and resource materials to ensure consistent efficient and compliant system usage across the District. Provide ongoing individualized and group training for administrators hiring supervisors and Human Resources staff.
- Collect analyze and interpret recruitment and retention data on a daily monthly and quarterly basis; identify trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations to Human Resources leadership.
- Provide advanced Human Resources support related to applicant screening selection onboarding and process improvement serving as a key resource for recruitment-related questions and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Human Resources leadership to identify opportunities for system enhancements workflow efficiencies and improved candidate experience.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the mission vision and strategic objectives of the Columbia Public School District.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent plus three years progressively responsible administrative experience or bachelors degree in relevant field.
Preferred:Ideal candidate will have experiences withApplicant Trackingsystems or comparable database systems with a good understanding of human resourceandrecruitmentprocesses.
Ideal Candidate: This position will require a high verbal and written communication skillset. Previous work which demonstrates organizational skills attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines without supervision. Professional and friendly demeanor with a demonstrated ability to work well with a variety of individuals while maintaining confidentiality.
SALARY
$22.33 - $29.03 based on experience
