Restaurant Manager You Oversee It All
- Lead4060 crew members driving engagement performance and results
- Own the overall restaurant operations from rostering to compliance
- Grow your crew through check-ins development plans and mentoring
- Keep budgets P&L and KPIs on track
- Champion the community through Local Matters and other initiatives
Drive Thru Manager You Own the Lanes
- Master the flow fromgrill to windowensuring every shift runs smoothly
- Energise coach and develop your team to deliver topnotch Drive Thru experiences
- Focus on speed qualityand hitting sales targets while keeping theteammotivated
Assistant Restaurant Managers You Drive the Dine-In Experience
- Support the RM to ensure smooth daily operations
- Champion product and focus on creating exceptionalguest experiences in the dine-in area.
- Coach and develop team membershelp drivesalesandmaintainhigh standards.
