About the Role:

We are growing our Leasing Division and are looking to add a brand new Leasing Manager position to our team looking after our Koko Black Property Strategy and Grilld Renewals Strategy. Reporting to the Head of Property this role will identify lease and open new Koko Black stores nationally as well as strategize co-ordinate and negotiate lease renewals for Koko Black & Grilld.

Responsibilities:

• Serve Up Success: Analyse demographics and physical / retail drivers of trade to identity the best locations for the business
• Getting Out and About: Networking externally with stakeholders is a key function of this role this includes travel time in market and face-to-face meetings leading to leasing opportunities.
• Keep It Fresh: Spend time in market providing real time intelligence from real estate agents landlords developers other retailers and competitors on trade conditions
• All the Toppings: Ensuring due-diligence processes to manage risk time and costs in taking potential sites from conditional to delivery phase.

The Secret Sauce Were Looking For:

• 5-Star Experience: At least 8 years experience in the property industry
• Your Key Ingredient: Experience with Super Regional Shopping Centre leasing and institutional landlords would be advantageous
• Closing Star: You know what it takes to close deals and have a successful track record to support this!
• Networking Whiz: Broad existing network of key industry players
• Team Player: Were a close-knit crew that bands together to get the job done. No task is too big or small and we celebrate each others successes. Were looking for someone who can relish the moment and join in the fun!
