Your Key Contributions
- Maintain and manage customer accounts with precision and care
- Process orders payments and resolve any account issues
- Provide exceptional customer service including handling enquiries and offering solutions
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback directly from customers to improve services and customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with new products and features
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the manager as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience in account management administrative support or customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Experience in the home technology industry is a plus
