Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our Lawrence MA this role you will serve as a key liaison between our company and our clients ensuring seamless communication exceptional service delivery and long-term relationship development.

The ideal candidate will be client-focused organized and driven to maintain high standards of service while supporting account growth and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

  • Maintain and strengthen long-term client relationships

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution

  • Address client inquiries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently
