Job Title: Sales / Marketing Associate (MBA Marketing/Sales)

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Sales / Marketing Associate to support our growing IT Services and IT Staffing business. This role is ideal for MBA graduates specializing in Marketing/Sales who are looking to build a strong foundation in B2B sales.
You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients executing outbound prospecting campaigns and generating qualified meetings for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct market research and use multiple lead-generation techniques to identify new prospects within the target market.
- Generate new business opportunities through daily outbound activities including cold calling email campaigns LinkedIn outreach and other channels.
- Identify key decision-makers initiate first-level conversations and position appropriate IT services/staffing solutions.
- Schedule meetings (Zoom Microsoft Teams WebEx etc.) between prospective customers and Account Executives.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to follow up on inbound leads generated from campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads outreach activities and pipeline updates in the companys CRM system.
- Effectively use sales engagement and lead generation tools provided by the company (e.g. Outreach Lusha LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Apollo or similar tools).
- Provide weekly monthly and quarterly performance reports to the Sales Manager.
Required Qualifications - MBA in Marketing/Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with high-volume phone-based outreach.
- Strong passion for sales with a proactive can-do attitude.
- Highly driven self-sufficient reliable and detail oriented.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Confident and energetic phone presence with the ability to engage prospects and generate interest.
- Persistence and resilience to handle objections and rejection while consistently meeting targets.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have) - Prior internship or experience in B2B sales or business development.
- Cold outreach experience.
- Exposure to CRM systems (any platform).
- Experience using lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Apollo Lusha or similar.
- Understanding lead qualification and lead scoring models.
- Experience in the IT Services or IT Staffing industry is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn for professional networking and prospecting.
