Job Description:
The Store Executive plays a key role in managing inventory and ensuring efficient stock control in the store. They are responsible for overseeing product display order processing stock replenishment product rotation visual merchandising stock audits and loss prevention.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
- Implement effective product display strategies to drive sales.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate stock replenishment to meet customer demand.
- Rotate products to prevent spoilage and maintain freshness.
- Execute visual merchandising techniques to enhance the store's appeal.
- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Implement loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
- Prior experience in inventory management and stock control.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
